Athlete registration forms to participate in the CANUSA Games will be given to your child by the Sport Coordinator. 

Please note all registration forms must be signed by a parent/guardian and the corresponding Sport Coordinator.

The Parent/Participant Manual contains helpful information about CANUSA Weekend and can be obtained from the Sport Coordinator.

The registration fee for the 2010 CANUSA Games is $50.00.
